How do i get over a lying cheat who never deserved my trust&respect?

i gave him everything and he repaid me with lies, i was so blinded by my feelings for him that didnt see his true colours, i forgave him for all his lies. last week enough was enough. for 6DAYS he ignored my calls cos 'he was tired from work',but he made the effort to go some girls hse for dinner on, left at 3am!. what hurts is he cant even see what has done wrong.
