I have questions about the navy and nrotc nursing. Please help me!?

I am so confused at this point in my life. I am going into my senior year of hs. I applied for the NROTC scholarship and the thing is, i don't know what I should do. I applied for nursing and I was wondering if I could eventually become a doctor after I become a nurse through the navy. I was also wondering if it is a good idea to accept the scholarship or go to college and not join. The thing is, so far in my life, I haven't had a life bc of my parents and if i join, will i still have a life? also, if i accept it, I will have to serve 8 years after college. Can I have kids and still be with them and also be in the navy? as you can tell, i'm just confused, don't know what I should do, and am full of questions. Please Help!
