I need ideas of what I can do with my hair at work besides wearing a hair net?

My hair is starting to get long and pretty soon I will probably have to do something. I will not cut it. I think I may try to wear a bandanna or skull cap or something. They really don't care what I do as long as it is covered or put up. Only thing is it's not exactly long enough yet to put in a pony tail.
