Hi. I'm a girl in my 20s. I have gone through puberty. My voice still sounds like I'm 4 years old. I sing good as far as tone, rhythm and technicalities go. But my actual voice itself sounds like I'm a little girl. My pitch is really high or is it my register. I'm going to take voice lessons starting next month and I was wondering if there was anything I could do to make me sound more female and not so babyish? I could deal with a voice like LeAnn Womack, Alison Krauss or Dolly Parton. They have beautiful voices. They don't sound like 4 year olds. They just have a high register/pitch. Anyone know what I'm talking about? Any suggestions or advice? Thanks!
