I dont find myself ugly? or unconfident? or bigheaded so why?

I dont find myself ugly neither bigheaded or unconfident, but when it comes to actually talking to women I frezze my words are all muddled and i look and sound stupid. The women that approach me are just so beautiful, like i wouldnt dream that they would want to talk to me, it happend allot but i just seem to be over whelmed by how beautiful they are and cant seem to act normal or show my confident self.. how do i try to change any idears???
