I need help with buying a present?

It's my father in laws 84th birthday in 2 weeks and I am stuck as to what to get him. He doesn't drink so out goes the booze, he doesn't wear aftershave, he has enough books and clothes. I want to spend about �20 and have looked at lots of gizmo and gadgets and none are suitable. We got him vouchers last time so don't want that either. He's quite an active 84 year old and is happily married. Any ideas?
