Is 160,000 miles on a 2005 diesel merc too much,or will it run alot more?

the car is a merc clk 220 cdi,it has 160,000 on clock but has full merc service history,and been well looked after,milage is mostly motorway milage,im thinking of buying but dont want the thing breaking down on me! please give me any advice you have,thanks
