Iphone 3G stuck in emergency calls, it has been jailbroken before, help?!?

I had the firmwar 3.1.2 on my iPhone 3G, and I also had the black rain jailbreaking custom firmare installed to. I did a stupid thing by doing the 3.1.3 update, which basically re-unlocked my iphone of which I use T-mobile with. I know have this screen, in which I cannot escape from. I have tried resetting, I have tried programs, but I can only get into dfu mode, not regular, so they won't work. Any suggestions?
