Why do boys always stare at girls but girls can control themselves?

i was looking around the clroom the other day and i saw like ever boy staring a girl. lol. every girl pretended they didnt notice and didnt even take a glance at the boys. y can a girl control themselves and the boys cant? haha. btw im a girl. it doesnt matter but yaaa.
