Is there a chance that I'm pregnant?

my boyfriend and I were making out in the middle of the night...and then we realized the pack of condoms was empty.....so we were all out...anyway......While we were kissing and stuff...his P**** was touchin my V***** but not inside.....and when he d he moved it away.....I'm just wondering if there's a risk that I'm pregnant...because this was around the time I would've been ovulating and now I have this strange cramping on my side...but it's not like period cramps it's different.....and my period is due in a week .....I never get cramps this early....help
