My sister and I have a trustfund that had been setup?

in a last will and testament. We have no access to it. Two days after our fathers death the gold-digger who married him informed us that an (alleged) new will was made, and get this, she claims we stole this new will. To go further the digger has her attorney son standing vigilante over the estate. They claim there's no other copies of this second will(by law copies should have been filed). To boot the Attorney can not be found who had a private practice(esq). sis has an original first will. have we been mislead in believing of this 2nd will. and will the court allow discovery as we attempt to execute the first will?
