What suburb is the best around Hobart?

We are relocating to Tasmania from QLD and would like to know what the best suburbs are around Hobart area. We are looking for a place that has wonderful views of your beautiful state, safe for our children and an area where we can have a small acreage property. All within 20-25mins of Hobart. Is there such a place? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
