Will there be retractable roofs on every stadium someday?

The climate is changing. It's a fact. I'm not trying to get political but it's simply true. I don't remember so many rain delays in a season before. Now, it looks like Mother Nature will play havoc with some important east coast games. Obviously, in the cases of hurricanes or tornadoes, you can't play anywhere but I think it would be advantageous to have retractable roofs on most, if not all, stadiums someday so you won't be pushing the playoffs back to November. Your thoughts?
